It's Our Story And We're Stickin' To It!
Burritos
En Fuego was founded on a simple idea - Baltimore needed good Mexican
inspired takeout food at reasonable prices. So, way back in August of
2001, Burritos En Fuego opened to rave reviews by locals and visitors
alike. Since our humble beginnings, we've been adding to our menu new
taste sensations that continue to intrigue and delight our customers.
Our
food has become a veritable obsession for most of our customers, and
our Salsas Picantes - hot sauces - have generated a near cult-like
following. Each is made on the premises utilizing our own recipes and
range from the very mild Salsa Verde to the flavorful inferno of Salsa
Diablo.
